Hi, I’m Tara O’Connor, Founder & Certified Sleep Specialist
 

I’ve spent most of my life working with children, starting at just 12 years old. While I’m not a mother yet, being an aunt is one of my greatest joys—my nieces and nephews mean the world to me.
 

My journey into sleep coaching is also deeply personal. After experiencing sleep challenges from a young age, it took over 20 years to receive a diagnosis. Living through long-term sleep deprivation gave me a true understanding of how much sleep impacts every part of our lives.
 

That experience is what led me here—and it’s why I care so deeply about helping others find real, lasting rest.
 

At Little Sleep Wonders, I provide personalized sleep and wellness coaching for all ages—from newborns and toddlers to parents and adults.
 

Using gentle, realistic strategies, I help clients create routines that feel manageable and sustainable. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights with a baby, toddler transitions, or your own sleep struggles, my approach is always supportive, compassionate, and tailored to you.
