1. What is a pediatric sleep coach, and how can you help my child sleep better?

A pediatric sleep coach specializes in guiding families through common sleep struggles. At Little Sleep Wonders, we create custom bedtime routines and use gentle, evidence-based strategies to help your baby, toddler, or young child:

No. Our methods are gentle and responsive. We do not use  “cry it out” techniques.
Instead, we provide age-appropriate strategies that prioritize your child’s emotional well-being and help them feel secure while learning healthy sleep habits.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Most families notice positive changes within the first few nights when they stay consistent with their plan.
Significant improvements often appear within 1–2 weeks with our continued guidance. 

Every child and family is different and the time varies for each family.

6. What if my baby is going through sleep regression or my toddler resists bedtime?

Sleep regressions, bedtime battles, night wakings, and early rising are common challenges.
We help you identify what’s behind the issue and adjust the plan as your child grows, so you feel supported every step of the way.

7. How does the process work after I book a consultation? 

  • Book your consultation online.

  • Receive a welcome email, questionnaire, and digital agreement.

  • Meet with us to discuss your child’s sleep history and your goals.

  • Get a personalized sleep plan tailored to your child and family routine.

  • Receive ongoing support and troubleshooting as you implement the plan for the duration of one month.

8. Do you offer virtual coaching or in-person visits?

We primarily offer virtual sleep coaching sessions for families across the U.S. via video calls, phone, and email.
This makes expert sleep support accessible and convenient—no matter where you live. We do offer some in person coaching if within driving distance.

9. What's included in a sleep coaching package?

Each package includes:

  • A comprehensive sleep assessment

  • Follow-up guidance and troubleshooting support

  • Access to educational resources designed to empower you with knowledge and confidence

10. Can I share the materials or sleep plans with others?

No. All guides, routines, and educational materials are exclusively for your family’s personal use.
Sharing, copying, or distributing them without permission is not allowed.

11. Is sleep coaching safe for children with special needs or medical conditions?

Yes. We adapt our approach to support children with a variety of needs.
We will coordinate with your pediatrician or healthcare provider if needed to ensure that every step is safe, gentle, and effective.
